    Hi, the items we sell are not new and we would love feedback on where the idea that they are came from. In each of our listings, regardless of the marketplace, products are clearly listed as open box. Open box means that the item is in like-new condition and comes in its original box. Please reference attached product descriptions. 

    We are more than happy to accept the purchase back for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Quick ship electronics sent me an iMac computer that I purchased on **** that had a defective bluetooth. I returned the item then they told me nothing was wrong with it and then shipped it back to me. I received the computer with a new cracked screen and then returned the item again with them telling me they would give me a replacement. They then proceeded to ignore my messages and pretend as if they had never agreed to send a replacement. I reported them to the better business better business bureau.     *************************** purchased an iMac computer from Quick Ship Electronics on July 10, 2022. The buyer let us know that he was experiencing an issue with the Bluetooth once it arrived. We then had our technicians take a thorough examination at the issue under our in-house warranty and it was deemed fully functional. When the iMac was sent back, it became damaged in transit. Because we were not able to provide a replacement, ****** received a full refund which we can provide confirmation of through PayPal.

We do apologize for the lack of a replacement, as we do our best to go this route as a first option, and refund the product as a second.     I am rejecting this response because: They did not refund me. They told me they would not refund me. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and was able to get a refund via my bank. This company has very unprofessional practices.
