      I purchased an order from Avnet January of 2023. Due to a slight difference in the part number the order resulted in a different part than was needed. Our company paid for the order before we realized that the parts were incorrect. I requested an *** and was promised one. After a year I received the *** and returned the parts for a credit. When I requested that part of this credit be applied to an outstanding invoice, I was told that the return credit was applied to the original order even though it was paid. Just a bunch of time consuming waste and still not resolved. Done with this company. Grrrr

      I am not sure which Avnet to put this under. I placed an order in March of 2023. I received a confirmation of the order with pricing and eta. Yesterday, I received a notification from Avnet that they were cancelling my order and the pricing had increased. This is a deceptive practice. They should honor their commitments and prices they have on their website without their customers being penalized.
