      I was referred to this office after a failed root canal at another office. During our consult the dentist and his assistant reassured me that if there was a fracture seen or unseen, and the tooth could not be fixed that the office has a minimum charge of $600 I brought my finance with to witness and have a recording. None the less I made sure that this would be the case because I just went through this financial loss from the last root canal that failed. Anyway I called after a few days of pain and the office called In an antibiotic and said to wait a week. I waited and when my appointment came up their office called and asked if I could come In Early, I said I cannot then they cancelled. I called again and said I was in pain they called another antibiotic in and I waited for my next appointment which they cancelled again I was very upset and told them that and no one called me back then a few days later they called and confirmed my appointment for A Thursday. Now I was really upset all this pain and that wasnt the right appointment again. So then I finally go in frustrated because I rarely got any calls back and even the pharmacist said the directions in the script didn't make sense so that took a long while. I mean, Im glad it was called in. Anyway during this last visit they wanted to order another script in and I said Im going to need to pull the tooth this is too much pain and no one seems to care. I told the woman up front Ill take the refund we discussed and they proceeded to say there was never any such thing. They said theyll call me back but each day I call they just keep saying someone will call and no one does. My primary dentist said if they could not resolve the issue that I shouldnt be held responsible for the entire amount I would like what they promised I have a recording but it is suggested that I not provide that until I have representation which I do have but they suggested I try and settle out of court first. Hopefully this gets settled.
