    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. 2 UNITS HAVE FAILED WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR. THEY REPLACED THE FIRST ONE BUT REFUSED TO REPLACE THE SECOND SAYING IT IS BEYOND THE WARANTEE PERIOD. INITIALLY PURCHASE 6/14/23 / REPLACED 12/16/23 REPLACEMENT STARATED ACTING UP EARLY JUNE AND FAILED 6/18/24.

    Not make sense at all !! I spent more than 1k$!!!! And horrible experienceand customer service and l had to put away!!!!!!Me and my partner emailed many times.We tried to all way to find the right answer and you know what??????They listened perfectly us, in the beginning UNTIL THE ***** Now no ONE HELPING!!!!!Here is honest advice DONT BUY!!!my company base in *** and it is call avva *******. l can show all recieves

    "We are a company organizing events. To ensure pleasant scents at our event locations, we contacted Aromatech. We extensively explained our needs through numerous emails to Aromatech employees. They advised us on the product to purchase in those emails, assuring us it was the right choice. Despite confirming multiple times, the product did not perform as described during our event in January. When we raised this issue with ************************* from customer relations, we were told that we placed the product incorrectly, missed the refund window, and they couldn't assist us. I am dissatisfied with Aromatech, and caution against trusting their employees' guidance. We are left with 2 products and approximately $600 spent with no resolution."

    THEIR MACHINE ARE A WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EMBARRASSING SPECIALLY FROM ONE OF THEIR REPS NAMED *********.. SHE ASSUMES THAT IF ONE HAS A FOREIGN ACCENT THEY ARE SIMPLY DUMB.. I SPEAK FIVE LANGUAGES AND ALL FLUENT. HOW MANY DOES SHE SPEAK. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AND MACHINE IS WORTHLESS AND EXPENSIVE

    I have purchases 4 diffusers and all of them quit working after 3 months. I have sent them back and they repair them and then once again they do not work after 2-3months.
