  I have had two encounters with Pinnacle Fencing, and could not be more pleased. In all areas they are professional, honest, and courteous, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I have worked/spoken with Jon Lindstrom, the owner (in 2019), and Rich Miller, the agent/consultant (in 2023). Both times they did a thorough inspection and gave me a very competitive estimate.
  When I was finally able to have the work done (a 75’ block wall in 2023), there were no surprises in the cost, no added fees or anything. There was no haggling or arguing, and they didn’t make any effort to raise the price.
  The work was done quickly, professionally, and properly, and the wall is amazing. Honestly, there wasn’t a single problem throughout the entire process.
  The bottom line is, this is a professional, quality, honest company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
  Update March20, 2025: I stand by my review, above. The block wall is excellent, like new after two years, and I have had not a single problem with it. I still highly recommend this company.

  If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Think twice about hiring this company. They can't even keep their word about providing a quote. They leave potential customers hanging for weeks and LACK THE PROFESSIONALISM TO SIMPLY COMMUNICATE! I will be sure to sway my friends and neighbors AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  I was very disappointed with the service from the owner & the representative. My neighbor didn't pay anything so I contracted for them to leave my old fence up & put my block wall on my side. The old fence was on my property. The day they started the neighbor came to see if they would take the fence down after he had told me he would do it himself. I told him to talk to ****. I was positive he'dsay no & go by MY contract. **** agrees to take the fence down before he does my wall with out consulting me. I was livid as it went against my contract. When I told him I wasn't happy about it he made all kinds of excuses. The workers did a great ******* paid the bill. the neighbor is a jerk who got a nice wall with out paying & Pinnacle let them get away with it. Don't use Pinnacle Fencing Solutions!

  Wow ************. I cant say I am surprised about this rating. Let me start by saying that this is the owner of Pinnacle Fencing Solutions and ************** needs to be educated in contracting. We have a long email chain from ************** that simply states multiple times that the chain link fence was indeed her neighbors fence and per our on site inspection we agreed that it was the neighbors fence. ************** asked us to reach out to the neighbor about removing the fence so we did. The simple facts here are that ************** wanted us to build the wall next to the chain link because she wanted his side of the wall to look bad because he didnt pay for half. I dont even know if the guys was ever even appraoched to pay half but no less ************** wanted his side of the wall to look as bad as possible. I have never been the type of contractor that will do this intentionally. If at all possible we like to build you the best walll possible. THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE BROKE A CONTRACT OR SOMETHING UNETHICAL. Just because I did not take part in your spite does not mean I deserve this review. I work very hard to leave behind very satisfied customers. You paid your bill because you knew we built a nice wall and did it right.
