      We ordered a Christmas Tree Kit for our flag pole in December 2021. The tree kit quit working within two weeks of receipt of the product. We were told that the lights were good for ******* hours of usage. We contacted them on December 27th and was told to return for a replacement. We returned the tree on 1/26/22 after numerous calls to get the address for the return. I emailed on the following dates to see where our replacement was:.4/11/22 We were told they had not received their order of trees yet and it would be shipping to us end of June.6/3/22 I emailed again requesting information. Received a response that they were still waiting for their shipment.9/9/22 I emailed again asking where our replacement was. Received response that they were creating tickets to send all the trees out and should be shipped out the following week.9/26/22 I emailed again to ask if it was indeed shipped. I have to date received no response.
