    On 12/08/2023 I went to 4k repair to get my car fixed. The car was leaking a little from the transmission pan. I went home and it was leaking so much I could see the path I drove and it left a puddle in my ********** called them and they told me they closed early. The car was leaking all over the place so I took it to another auto transmission shop that fixed it for $150. they sealed the pan like 4K was paid to do. I called and asked for a refund and they told me no. I want my money back and damages. I want the oil cleans form my garage and driveway.

    Firstly, we'd like to highlight that our $290.02 repair includes both parts and labor, and it comes with a comprehensive warranty. This warranty is designed to cover any new repairs that *** be required. We take pride in standing by the quality of our work and ensuring our customers have peace of mind.
    It's important to note that ******************, as the vehicle owner, signed and authorized a repair release agreement for the $290.02 service. This agreement explicitly states our policy of not issuing refunds and our limitation of liability for any damages that *** arise after the vehicle is picked up. This agreement is intended to protect both parties and is part of our standard procedure.
    We understand ********************** concerns and the reported issue with the vehicle. We regret any inconvenience this *** have caused him. However, it's crucial to mention that had he brought the vehicle back to us on Saturday when we were open or first thing Monday, we could have addressed any issues without incurring extra costs to him. Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to rectifying any problems promptly.
    Our decision to close early every Friday is in recognition of our employees' hard work throughout the week, and we hope for your understanding in this regard. Despite our closing hours, we strive to provide excellent service and support during our operating hours.
    Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience ****************** experienced. However, based on the signed agreement and our efforts to assist him promptly, we stand by our policy of not issuing refunds.

    They did a terrible job.  My car was leaking all over after going there.   I called them they said they were closed early.  The car needed to be fixed I could not have it leaking all over so I took it to a place that fixed their bad service.  I want my money back and damages to my drive and garage to be pressure washed.
