    We chose J & B Carpets based on positive Yelp reviews and the fact that it is a local business. Everything about J & B Carpets was first rate - customer service, pricing, carpet quality, and instillation. We are extremely happy with our choice and recommend J & B Carpets to anyone looking for top-notch flooring and a positive experience!!

    I had a excellent experience working with J&B Carpets for the flooring at my yoga studio. From the start, she was personable, friendly, and cheerful, which made the whole process enjoyable. She gave me great advice on the choice of materials, colors, and how to care for the floor over time. She clearly explained the different options available, so I felt confident in my decisions. The installation was done with great care and finished right on schedule. The result is beautiful and really adds to the atmosphere of the space. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the work. I highly recommend her its rare to find someone both so professional and genuinely kind!

    Outstanding experience with J&B Carpets! Truly professional, excellent service, follow through, good price for quality and a personal touch that you wont come close to at any of the big carpet stores. This is a local family run business. It was really the best experience! They are warm and funny and a true joy to work with.

    J&B Carpets was an excellent experience from the initial consultation to the final installation. Pricing estimate was accurate and fair, service and install was fast, and staff was very knowledgeable. J&B Carpets will be our first choice for our future flooring needs.

    Working with *****, ***** and their crew has been a 10 star experience. I appreciated their knowledge, expertise and no-pressure sale's style. I was definitely NOT rushed to buy anything. I was sent home with multiple samples of carpet choices as natural light might have affected my choice. I called HER to inform her I had made my choice. ***** herself came out the following day to measure the rooms. She showed up with her crew on installation day, ensuring everything was ready. All furniture was moved out and put back EXACTLY as I wanted. She returned, after the crew had left to help me remake beds which had been stripped. Who does that kind of thing, nowadays? We discussed options for a large piece of carpet left over. I'm having it made into an 8 foot circular rug to go under my round dining room table which is so exciting! ***** have me as a customer for life!
