    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Baiz Market located on ***********. My concern involves their practice of weighing and charging for frozen lamb leg products.Whenever I purchase a frozen lamb leg, the product is weighed before cutting. However, after they cut the meat, I have consistently noticed a weight discrepancy of 60 grams to 150 grams, depending on the person who cuts it. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, the staff refuses to charge me based on the final weight of the meat. Instead, they insist that I pay the price determined by the pre-cut weight, arguing that I must either accept this practice or not purchase the product at all.I find this practice both unreasonable and unfair. It is unclear why the weight decreases so significantly during cutting, and the store's refusal to adjust the price to match the actual weight is highly concerning. As a customer, I believe it is my right to pay for the precise weight of the product I receive, rather than an inflated pre-cut weight.I kindly request the BBB to investigate this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that Baiz Market operates in a fair and transparent manner.     I bought a meat product from Mesa store location and when I started to cook it I smelled unpleasant odor so I had to taste it to make sure what is it and the taste was awful so o send them a claim twice and received an auto replay that they will contact me but they never did or respond to my emails
