      I bought a bench from this store. Cost was $3,200. When we got it home, we discovered that it was too low and so returned it the next day. They returned it with no problem, but later the owner reversed the charge saying we do not give money back on returns.Besides being a horrible way to conduct business, it is just wrong. They now have the bench and my money. This is the problem when you buy from a small owner run business, which is run by a bunch of women who know so little about retail.Now I will *** them so they learn a good ****** and will never do to this another customer. For now, buy elsewhere and do not support this shopkeeper. Everything they sell can be bought elsewhere and generally, about 10-20% less. I am a retired CEO of a very large chain of over ***** stores, so I know how this process works. This retailer is bad and take your business elsewhere.

      Not a full year and the box springs for our king *** are squeaky bad! I cant get out of the *** without waking up my wife and the same for sitting on the side of the ***. By far, these are the worst new box springs ever. After looking at the underside of the box springs, you can clearly see that its old and was just recovered in new fabric. I dont want not no discount, a percentage off or nothing, I want people to see they buying subpar quality.

      Ordered a table online in July 17th after the order I spoke to ******* in which I asked and she guaranteed that the delivery would be no more than two weeks which I really needed for an event. Today is August 20h and I still do not have the table. I had called to follow ** and got the same individual in the 3rd week, very rude arguing we were still on the 2nd week and that it can be another week for delivery. Spoke to manager ******* today and now its going to be another week after his voicemail indicated it would be in the middle of this month and still past that time frame and still no furniture. He at least offered free shipping and assembly but the lack of professionalism and not disclosing accurate timelines I would never order anything from this furniture store and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Horrible service!
