    They sold me an item online advertised as worth $1,200, but it turned out to be a completely different product valued at around $150 in retail. Despite their 'sold as-is' defense, this kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. Not only was the product misrepresented, but they also refused to accept a return. I consider this a scam and want my money back. It's their responsibility to list the correct title and picture.

    Bid on a product listed as a spa that was listed as store return as is. We bid on the product a won. Picked it up and brought it home only to find there was NO spa in the box. It was a chewed up pump and a moldy cover for a spa, but no spa. I contacted the company and was originally told to bring it back for store credit. 5 minutes later my phone rang and was informed that she was told by the manager that it was sold as is and we couldnt get our money back or a store credit. I later called to speak to the manager and he again refused to work with us. His exact words were we took a ****** and lost. I explained that it was listed as a SPA, but there was no spa in the box and he said thats unfortunate but there was nothing he could do.

    Bought this inflatable jacuzzi last year but never had a spot to put it. Finally got our private patio put together and had a spot for the jacuzzi. We open our jacuzzi only to find it is TRASH! It was listed as a NEW camo jacuzzi. (Listing in pics) Its not camo, its filthy, its missing major components and full of holes(which were covered with tape) $200 down the drain and Delaney wont do anything because of the time. I get it, we should have checked it before but just didnt have a place. ****** learned but I will NEVER use Delaney again and I will absolutely stop referring people to them since they clearly wanna scam people!
