      On 3/12 or 3/13/2025 this company is hired by ******************** this is my second complaint. The first one is because one of their workers was stealing a tool out of my fiancs toolbox and were black they just wrote it off and said because hes been with him for a long time nothing happened and that it probably was an accident even though we have a video showing otherwise! Now this company sent a different worker to our home to remove the garage door and to replace the top panel when he arrived at our house, he removed the panels and lay them up against my fiancs boat. We asked him to remove it, and he placed them along a brick wall in rocks and did not cover them!! I did ask the *************** he think that was a good idea because those panels were already painted however, they continue and ignored the request of the homeowner when replacing the top panel instead of this company replacing it with a new panel they replaced it with a damage panel has a burnt **** on it. when the worker put the panels together laid them on the concrete, did not lay a drop cloth down to protect them from scratches or dings and now we have them! The next day, the painters were supposed to come and paint this we would have never noticed it if they would have painted over it, but because of a different circumstance, they never made it to paint the damage door and we was able to see that they grabbed the old damaged top panel replace our already damaged panel that they installed in the first place!! Im not sure if we are getting this type of treatment because we black!!. Im starting to believe so because they did not rectify the-first issue unfortunately we dont have a choice on who Lennar Homes use !!! because we filed a complaint already that they would make sure that they didnt escalate us any further but that did not happen.We want our panels replaced. This is a brand new home. We should not be having these issues. we do have a video of the damage door!!!

      Our home incurred some damage during a storm. This included some cosmetic damage to our garage door. We reached out to our Super Intendant for *****************************, since our home was newly built. ***** worked with us, scheduling contractors to come and make repairs to the house. During the process, we noticed the crease in the garage door where the wind had pushed it in. The Super sent me a text, stating he would have Lodi come look at the door but they don't provide free estimates. He said he would pay the fee for the consult. We texted back stating we weren't worried about it, and we'll skip it. He texted that he'd already paid the fee and they were scheduled. I said I didn't want to waste the deposit, so we'd go ahead and see what they had to say. **** came to the house, inspected the door and gave me a quote of $2147. While standing in the driveway, the Lodi rep called his warehouse to ask if the door was in stock. He got off the phone and told me they had it. I said, let's hold off. I need to talk to my Husband. He said I would need to call by Thursday to schedule in order to have the install done on Sat. He noted on the quote that I would call if available. I never called. Sat, we get a call stating the new door had been installed. I placed multiple phone calls right away, stating this was a mistake and not authorized. ******* I spoke with said that was above his pay grade and something the office would have to deal with on Monday. Multiple calls, multiple texts explaining the situation. **** has blamed us the entire time. I have all the text messages saved, all the phone calls. I've stated multiple times we did not want a new door. We didn't get a quote from any other company. They sent us multiple notices threatening a lien. I called many times to address this, both Lodi and the company listed on the notices for the lien. A lien has since been placed on our property for an item that we did not want in the first place.
