    Can-EZ has been subtracted by *** to lay lines and do work for them. I have been in contact with ****** since June 30th about how his contractors ripped up my front yard and have not made my yard the way it was. *** put out an email from my HOA telling us that after Construction on the street is completed your yard will look exactly the way it was if Not Better. My yard is still a mess my Aloe Plant was damaged and there are hot tire marks and dirt all over the sidewalk and my driveway. ****** keeps saying that he will be by to fix the issues and he has not kept his word through the entire project. ****** lies any chance he can get and will not provide me a *** Representative to resolve the issue july 30th Everything will be fixed , we are not done working I will be done with that street this week. These are the texts that ****** sent me - August 6th Sorry I was driving , I will be bye your home tomorrow morning to wash sidewalk and detail your yard . The plant I have to find one that size I have found some but all are very small compared to yours I will look in another spot tomorrow I hope I find it. August 13th I will be at your house again in the morning.

    Hello,

    This is in response to a complaint we have a received for a gentleman about his yard.

    Our company is still working in the area for *** COMMUNICATIONS and we are still in the process of restoring the whole entire community. We have contacted the homeowner several times that his house will get restored properly. Since today 8/23 his issue has been fixed and we have stated that if anything else comes up in the next 2 years that involved the work we did we will go back and fix it.
