      Tombstone Tactical has a website full of BS. They advertised a particular handgun at ****** but when I went there they wanted ******. Same price was shown in the case but they did't want to honor that lower price. I just don't do bussiness at a place that does that to thier customers so my wife and I walked out. I wanted to look at and probably buy another handgun that the website **** was "in stock" but the clerk said it wasn't when I got home they had changed the wesite to say that that gun was not in stock. Really POOR customer service and poor inventory control. We will never go there again

      I've been a customer at this shop for about a decade. They have always been top notch with customer service and pricing. I see a lot of nonsense negative reviews and that's what a lot of these are. Nonsense. So I figured I'd post my two cents and help the store I enjoy so much.***************************

      I looked for a specific handgun. Tombstone Tactical's website showed it in stock and states price of this firearm as $296.99. Put it in my cart. Cart doesn't show same price..., but rather $326.99..., so I started looking, reading reviews and such. Found a lot of negative things about Tombstone Tactical so I didn't pursue business with them. Next 2 days I'm bombarded with 3-4 emails telling me I'm about to lose items in my cart. Even these emails state the price of this handgun is $296.99..., yet when I click on this email, or go to checkout, price isn't $269.99, but rather $326.99.Not going to do business with discrepancies such as this. Bait and switch..., whatever you want to call it. Not doing any business with these types of reviews. Glad I did a little looking before "pulling the trigger" with them.

      Tombstone Tacticals website is a complete scam. They take your money, give you nothing. Except headaches. I wish I had read these reviews before. Tombstone lists items on their site as in stock in our warehouse. I purchased a pistol from them with information in the description. My credit card was immediately charged for the full purchase price. Their website says ships to store within 1-2 weeks. They have charged my card before for a pistol that was out of stock and later notified me of that and refunded my money. So I emailed support to find out if I was really getting this pistol this time or was it out of stock. Later that day I received a response. That order was placed with our warehouse. We have no information available. You will have to wait and see if it comes in. When I looked on my account it showed out of stock. A couple days later I looked at my account again. It says reorder. I was confused, so I called. The lady I talked to said I probably shouldnt have to reorder. Just wait and see if it comes in. You have another week. The following week I was getting concerned. I had heard nothing and was having to go out of town for several weeks. So I called to see if they could give me any info yet. I got *******. He had the I couldnt care less attitude. He rudely stated that they had 5 more days to get the pistol for me. They had no information about where the pistol might be. I explained I was going out of town and needed some info. He rudely told me there was nothing he could do except cancel the order. His attitude convinced me that was my only option. By the time I hung up my phone, I got the email cancellation. The next day the pistol I had ordered, and paid for, was listed in stock, in store, for $500.00 more than I had paid. They had the pistol all along. I had also asked him where their warehouse was. He told me they used at least 10 different warehouses around the country. So they really dont have their own warehouse.

      I ordered ammo online triple checked that it said in store at the Phoenix location and when I go to pick it up I am told it is not in stock and it is on order and will take two weeks. If it is advertised as in stockat the store it should be or its false advertising. This has happened on several occasions and is complete bull.

      This order was placed on 2/6/23 for 6 boxes of ammo, one of the items purchased was in store, the other 2 were not, and our website clearly states that its not. The warehouses that the other 2 had to be sent from did take a little bit longer to get to the store. We understand the I want it now attitude, but we can't control how other warehouses work their processes. At this time of year the weather can be bad out east which is were most of the warehouses we order from are located. That's never taken in consideration when customers are holding us accountable, and when we respond with it could take **** business days, this is the reason why. We would like to for things to move faster for sure, but we are not Amazon prime, and just want customers to be a little more considered when writing their reviews. We appreciate all the business but we can only control so much.

      I purchased my first weapon via Tombstone in October, 2022 after being mislead by other companies. I placed the weapon in layaway. This is the best company I have ever bought a weapon from. Every individual I communicated was courteous, honest and extremely knowledgeable. After I paid the layaway in full, my weapon was shipped in less than 2 hours and received by the *** in 3 working days. I am completely satisfied with Tombstone Tactical. I am spreading GOOD NEWS about Tombstone Tactical. Keep up the good work. *******
