    I had gutters installed all around my house that is located in ******************* Seamless of Phoenix #ROC #****** roughly july of 2022 with a acompany supposely a Lifetime warranty. My Gutters have been leaking and are coming apart at the seams because they wasnt pressed as one full piece on my main run. The salesmen ***** ************) told me it was his tech fault BUT to try it out and if I had issues down the road since they had Life time guaranteed I can just have them come back and fix any issues. Also the downspouts supports have loosen and fell apart from the house, I have called their office repeatedly over the past year to NO avail, I have been reading on line they have gone out of business. I want my system properly replaced or my money back.*****************************

    After several attempts to contact this company since September 2023 via phone calls and emails regarding the 20 year warranty clearly stated on the contract (attached). There has been no response from this company regarding honoring the warranty. The gutter installed at one of the units has created a leak into one unit that now has mold.

    Gutters were to be installed 3/23/22.Company showed up, unboxed the product, and established immediately that the gutters were the wrong color. I sent them back and was promised to have new gutters with correct color to be installed on 3/28/22. Company showed up but when gutters were removed from vehicle I immediately noticed the florescent green interior of all the gutters.Color on the outside was correct. I was very concerned about the florescent green interior. I questioned the florescent green interior. The previous gutters were black on outside/brown on inside which should have been reversed. I was skeptical of the installation and let it proceed. Upon installation, the florescent green interior could be seen from the front of the house, sides, and street. Neighbors even came over to question the green. My house is tan/brown. The gentleman who did the work did some brown spray painting of the very obvious green. He was in a hurry as he had to get to Casa Grande before a storm. I did have to point out areas of the green and areas of the contract where design was not followed. I was very unhappy about the florescent green and called the company a few weeks later and argued with the manager and finally a resolution to install leaf guards on the visible florescent green free of charge. Then monsoons started and I have a leak in one of the seams in a prominent area and called and scheduled for service for the next month. Service was a no call and no show. I called again and left voicemail. I received a call from the owner/manager to service on September 18. Received a call the week before indicating they would have to reschedule for October 10 due to staffing issues. The week before this scheduled service I received a call indicating they would like to schedule my service. I told them I already had an appointment and I was told it wasn't on the schedule. I am told now that the ************** has closed. Service is to be from the ********* office 11/10.

    On June 6th this company installed the rain gutter on the back of the house. During one of the monsoon storms the side gutter fell off the house and was found laying in the yard. I contacted the company again and they said they would be out the next week to fix it. That was over a month ago and now they will not respond to emails for phone calls. All I want is to get this fixed!

    This complaint is for City Seamless Rain Gutters failure to perform warranty work. My gutters were installed on 8/23/2021. I wasnt aware the seamless gutters would in fact have seams until they were actually being installed. The installer told me not to worry because they have a lifetime warranty against leaking. Well it didnt take long for that to happen. One of the seams started dripping a few months later with the two others not far behind. The company came out to repair the seams on 7/5/2022. The person stated they werent sealed with the correct sealer and that is why they were leaking. They sealed the gutters and went on their way. Again, it didnt take long for them to leak once again. Basically the next time we had a hard rain. I called the middle of August and left a message. They called me back and stated they couldnt get to me till 9/13/2022 between **** am. Well they never called or showed up to make the repairs. I called the same day and left a message as well as 9/14 and 9/15 and never received a call back. I even stated on the last message that I would be pursuing a different course of action if they didnt call back. Guess it didnt matter to them, because they didnt call back. This is very poor business practice to just ignore your customer and not show up for follow-up warranty work. I guess once they get paid, they figure they can treat you like they no longer care. One thing I find interesting is the fact that their local address doesnt appear anywhere on any paperwork or business card they produce. The address shown is an address in *********, **.
