    Dear BBB Phoenix:I want to inform you of an excellent technician that is totally dedicated to his work and makes keeping the customer up with every fact of his ******************** (external and internal) inspections and results of his Hydro-blasting; if that was needed.I called Freddy's Fox Rooter from recommendations from another plumber and the owner of a Sports Bar that I have been lucky enough to know from several meetings we have had. I completely trust the recommendation of the sports bar owner and when he informed me that Freddy's Fox Rooter was his #1 contact when he had any trouble with slow flows, backups or stoppage at any time of the day.As for myself, I found ****** a totally performance centered technician. From the moment I provided him with our problem, ****** asked me to point out the sewer lines as I understand them, the location of the septic tank and exactly any other plumbing problems we have had in our 50+ year old home. ****** was able to measure exactly the distance from the known problem all the way to our septic tank which he used to make sure that the entire plumbing line was Hydro-Blasted and checked by the camera.The completed and total dedication of this technician was shown by ****** when he wanted all this Pre Job information so he, as stated prior, could be totally assured that every sewer line was checked.My 50+ year old sewer system has now been completely cleaned and I'm so very sorry that this was not done when this bank repo house was purchased.Freddy's Fox Rooter is not only a business that "gets the job done" His service is totally reasonable in every way. Before we contacted Freddy's Fox Rooter we were quoted prices from $28k to $22k by the BIG Phx plumbing **** to remove all the concrete and to replace the sewer lines under the concrete. The price also included moving the shower drain so the location of the shower could also be moved.)I want to personally think Freddy's Fox Rooter for his totally fabulous job. ***
