    I was a client for a month and a half. While there I experienced having to use Doggy Pee pads and toilet paper while having to dispose them in a trash can. Drinking molded water. Broken beds, broken dressers. I also experienced poor medical assistance. It was very hard to get medication fixed, it was also hard seeing a medical provider. The therapist who did my intake lied and continues to make my intake statement over dramatic. By saying I had been to multiple treatment center and such. In order for the insurance company to pay. The staff would continue to lie and give false information such as I couldnt leave with my medication, legally they cant do that. Denied my right to make phone calls with a caseworker because I didnt follow her directions. I was asking for my rights, she continued to tell me its in the handbook and I continued to look and was asking for assistance in finding them. She then said *****************, its in the handbook it was not in the handbook. It states in the packet their to give us a copy of our right and thoroughly converse with us about our rights. They did not do that. There was no stability. Nothing was ever constant. A staff member was nodding off, staff would fall asleep. Once a staff came in smelling of marijuana. I also experienced racial profiling. The house manager only had me followed, nobody else. I did nothing to warrant being followed by a fellow staff member. It upset me dearly. Therapist were snarky and *****. Staff would be in a power trip. I also experienced being told what to do by a client, not a staff member. I experienced unfair treatment by clients. I was told multiple times I came from a snitch house. I feel deeply this needs to be investigated. No one should endorse this kind of treatment.

    I work a M-F job. My appts are scheduled after work or before work. When they call to do appt and its before hours or after hours, the number they leave is the main office number which is transferred to the emergency line and then you dont hear back. I would log into and try to get through to someone but then theyre not there. Received an email from ***************************** their management supervisor, telling me that I had 30 days to find another provider because per their policy they only accept 2 no shows in a 12 month period. I emailed her back regarding the tried and failed attempts of trying to connect to the appts and she again wrote back and stated they were still going through with dismissal. They dont care about those in need of services, they care about the money. They charged my debit card for the services that werent even provided but yet you cant reach them for your appt. after 5pm. Completely not justifiable and bad for business.
