5 starsIt turns out my shoe length was too long to fit into the Even up product and I sent an email to them asking if I could exchange it for a longer size, and very shortly after I got a reply and instructions on how to return it to get a refund. That really impressed me: no waiting around wondering when I'd hear anything. Returning the product will be a breeze. The Even up product is impressive: very well built, light, very clever design, with 3 levels of rise. Though I haven't used it yet, I'm sure it's going to be very helpful and comfortable.Review fromSharon T
