    I am very impressed with Arcadia Air service! **** technician from Arcadis Air is awesome! Air flow was very weak. He stopped by my home within an hour after they contacted me. He did a good job with diagnostic process. He showed me pictures and videos of my AC Unit on my roof. He explained me what the problem was. After I accepted their quota, he fixed it on same day. Air flow is back to normal. I would love to have their service when I have a problem with AC unit. The main reason I picked them is their lower price diagnostic than other AC services. I am very glad I picked their service!

    I had ***** out here because my A/C would turn on for a few seconds then turn off and just did that all day long and never cooled anything down, as soon as ***** showed up he told me what he thinks the problem was and sure enough he comes back **************************************************** it was exactly what he thought. He made everything very clear and was very informing. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week to anyone they are amazing and made me feel taken care of!

    Hi there I just want to say this is the best company ever!!!! Last year the owner ***** came out in the middle of the night to fix our air. And our unit is 20+ years old so he fixed it but was honest in saying we would probably need a new one soon. Well come *** of 2023 it died completely. I couldn't for the life of me remember what the company was called I just knew his name so I am calling everywhere looking for a ************ had no luck. So I asked my mom of she had a receipt or anything she said to look in her emails well sure enough I found arcadia air! I was so happy I didn't want another company coming out and charging me ****** dollars lol so I called up and **** came out he was so sweet and told me we needed a whole new unit. I was so freaked out becuase its so expensive to get a new unit but in ******* you will not survive without air. So he called ***** and they came up with an amazing price for us. **** said they couldn't fix it till Thursday it was Tuesday when he came over so for 2 days I died with no air he said ok they will be there Thursday it takes about 5 hours im like awh man!! ********************* came at 745 am and they were done by ****am they were so fast and efficient. It was also ***************************. They did a great job and so nice as always. I have to do a review to let everyone know to only use this company for your air conditioning needs. WE HAVE AIR NOW!!!! thank you so much to all of you hard working guys you are the best!

    My AC stopped working last month (July). I called Arcadia Air and they came out the same day diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix to cool off the house, and gave me a quote on a new unit. I had 2 other quotes and decided to go with Arcadia Air. The new unit was installed and all is good. They were quick, did good quality work, and checked in with me to make sure everything was as expected. I would definitely recommend Arcadia Air.
