    I placed an order on 02.01.2024 for a vacuum. I have reached out on 4 separate occasions to check the status of my order, with no response. My account was charged on 02.05.2024.

    I made a purchase from this website . I have since gotten radio silence. I have attempted to get to the website but it is now not found with error 400. They seemed to have vanished with my money and possibly with many other customers money.

    I bought a vacuum it never shipped and now the website doesnt exist. I have tried to contact I believe I was scammed

    I purchased an item on sale for a Christmas gift from the company Simple Gift. The item never shipped and never came. I filed a complaint through the BBB for this company. The same timespan that the complaint was delivered to this company, I had an order for 3x the original amount ($100) placed without my consent. The order is not even for an item on their site, but a custom "item" titled "Join." Out of spite that I filed a complaint, they decided to take my debit card and charge me for something I did not order, nor have I ever been to the Wendlesons' website. The format, shop, email, and ordering layout was exactly the same as Simple Gift, but came through under Wendlesons. This is the same company 100% using a different name to scam others. I did not place an additional order, however, I have now had to change my banking info and cancel my card so this company cannot take advantage of me again. They never return any emails and it is all around a suspicious company. Beware of a company called Simple Gift and Wendlesons and do not order from them.
