  I GET ATLEAST 1 OR MORE PHONE CALLS A WEEK FROM THIS COMPANY WANTING TO BUY MY HOUSE. I HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIME TO GET REMOVED FROM THE CALLING LIST. IVE HAD ENOUGH. STOP MAKING UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU. IF THIS CONTINUES AFTER MAKING A COMPLAINT HERE. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE *** AND ALSO THE ******* ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.

  I recently sold my home to Valley Home Buyers. *************************** was great to work with, when he said he would be there to see my home, he was there & after he toured my home and property, he made me a fair offer, which I accepted. Valley Home Buyers picked up all the escrow and closing costs. They also bought the house in an as is condition. My experience was very good with Valley Home Buyers and I do recommend them.

  We just sold our home to Valley Home Buyers and couldn't be more satisified with the direct, and straight forward process. We worked with *************************** and he completely understood our situation and interest in a quicker "as is" sale for our 32 yr old larger custom home while insuring we understood their business needs as a wholesale home buyer. The house was in sound condition, but in need of some basic repairs and renovations before it could go on the market at a top selling price. We had fully retired and had purchased and were just closing on a downsized home, and we were not in position to handle the needed repairs and renovations, ourselves, both logistically and financially. **************** at Valley Home Buyers immediately got back to us, and after the initial discussion of our situation and based on his initial research of the property made an appointment within the next two days. ****** showed up right on time and thoroughly did a walk thru of the property, taking photographs, and discussing the home's features and known issues. After discussing with his office, he was prepared to make an offer and asked us what we would consider a fair price. He again called into his office and said they would take it at our asking price. There was no pressure, and no haggling, which I contribute to both parties having done their research / homework. He wrote up the contract right then, with a 12 day to close of escrow, with all closing costs paid by Valley Home Buyers, just as they advertise. ****** even met our move out goals ( as were just in final closing stages on our new property) and allowed us to remain in the house for up to 45 days rent free as we transitioned. Everything in the sale happened exactly as discussed. It was a pleasure doing business with ****** and Valley Home Buyers, they were honest and straight forward, and for our situation, we got a fair price, fast process, and a stress a free sale. All exactly as discussed and negotiated with ******.
