    This company was hired by a buyer and they performed an inspection of my property. The interior inspector was not organized and quite confused. At the end of inspection, I asked him if anything needed immediate repair. He informed me about a water heater that was leaking in one of the units. I asked him which unit - he told me. I then asked him to point to the unit where the ** was leaking. He did. It was the same unit. Then right when he was heading for this car to leave, I confirmed with him which unit as I told him I was calling a plumber right away. He told me which unit 3 times. The ** gets replaced, but it was fine. He told me the wrong unit 3 times. I asked them to pay for their negligence, and they refused. This company has no accountability nor integrity. I do not recommend using them.
