      This company are just thieves!! The resolutions team is a job plus they are so rude to the customers. I would advise not to do business with them. They have not paid for services on my claims and give me the run around for me to find my our techs. What are they there for then? I have had to find my own tech for my claims and then they dont pay what is a covered item. I have made every attempt to have the problems fixed and still waiting for 4 weeks for them to find someone and when I called they get insulative and aggressive with customers especially the resolutions team (*******) has no training in repairing pools yet he was adamite on telling me what he didnt see. the tech that came out told me and submitted the claim and apparently for one word which I attempted to explain my claim was not covered after spending 4 week waiting and still even though it is on the contract. If they would of fixed it when I called maybe it wouldnt have damaged it even more so than it was already done. I also am still waiting on a tech for my washing machine which I am suppose to find someone for that as well.
