I have left messages for a supervisor and haven't been contacted. I am in need of contact. Two of my children need assistance. One has medicine that will need fills soon and the last provider was combative and disrespectful to me and insulted my child about her needed diet and exercise when I expressed concerns about her weight and the medicine she is on and my choose of that medicine because it suppressed her weight the last time she used that medicine, which was a way higher dosage then what she is on now, that was prescribed by a previous doctor that is no longer at CRS. She prescribed it and suggested it due to her behavior and also it would help with her eating. Anyway the nurse practioner tried to belligerent towards me in conversation. Which I don't appreciate. So my daughter will need to see someone else to get her refills. I had asked to switch doctors because my daughter medication was at the school for 5 days break and no one was able to get the medicine from the school and the doctor did nothing to help the situation when I called and explained it and had no suggestions on the matter. So we were seeing a new person to change care and that when we seen the nurse practioner yesterday. My other child has had referrals sent out that were returned because the places he was sent to didn't take his insurance. He also went to get fitted for a stroller and we waited over a month before we were told they didn't accept his insurance. After being fitted for the stroller and everything NuMotion informs us of this. He also had a car seat eval coming up that I had to cancel because he doesn't have the correct insurance. Which I did leave a message with comprehensive yesterday about this situation. I tried to reach out to management and wasn't contacted back especially the practioner insinuating i was only given my daughter medicine for suppression which her records proves highly this to not be true. I didn't say anything that involves HIPPA so no violation here.
