I began working for this company at the end of aug. I have not been paid correctly for the last few months. The p.o.s system has been subtracting the cash receipts for the day from the credit card tips received for the day before paying me. Currently, our cash drawer is zero when we start, and throughout the night any cash received goes into the cash drawer, and it's turned in to the owner, and all transactions paid with cash and subtracted from my credit card tips and then paid. This has been going on for several months the owners of the hotel, and corporate Holiday Inn Express have been notified, and the only answer after several weeks is "they'reworking on it," they owe me several thousand dollars. Not just me, but several employees. I am also filing a complaint with the labor board. I have also let them know that I am complaining to the labor board.

This complaint is not for this hotel. We do not have a POS system, we have no restaurant, and as such our staff is not tipped and we do not accept tips via credit card. The person who filed this complaint, *********************, is not an employee with us.

On 10/16/2022 when me and my boyfriend spent two nights at the hotel we were discriminated against on the second morning we were there. Me and my boyfriend are a interracial couple and was obvious upon arrival and the manager was constantly rude to us when we were there. For instance when I asked for the cart to take our belongings she allowed me to take only one trip to the car and upon taking off the last piece of luggage she came out took it away from me and not allowing us to use it again for the remainder of our belongings. That same morning she proceeded to the room where my boyfriend went to get the remainder of our belongings and my service animal banging on the door loudly and My dog barked just like any dog would. When he answered the door she raised her voice saying that we needed to get off the property now and told him that we lied about my service animal. When I was aproching the room I saw that the remainder of our stuff was outside of the room on the ground and she proceeded to go through my purse and the rest of our stuff. When we went to the front desk to check out and show proof of my service animal we were told that we needed to get off the property now and weren't allowed to rebook.
