    ***** is a very greedy business owner who will take advantage of new customers when she sees the type of house they live in. I was quoted $500 for a deep clean. I found dirt under the couches, dirty baseboards, doors and door handles, toilets with dirt on them with pictures to show. I explained this to her in a very calm, professional manner and asked that she send someone back to clean up the missing spots, or that she charge a basic cleaning price since this is clearly not a deep clean. Her response (as a business owner) was to threaten me with her lawyer, or accuse me of not wanting to pay. I screenshot the conversation and will post below in the comments. Luckily there are 100 other cleaning companies, save your money and dont use someone like her. She is very unprofessional and doesnt care about your money - only her time and not the house is actually cleaned.

    This business is being run out of a home in violation of multiple *************** residential zoning requirements. It is clogging neighborhood streets
