    A few of months ago I ordered a hydraulic kit to add to my tractor (adding additional rear functions and most important front hydraulics for a grapple) . They asked preliminary questions about my tractor , I answered them online before ordering and even checked in with the company via phone to ensure it would work. They claimed it would, as did their website. I received the kit, immediately noticed I had wrong directions. After dealing with multiple calls they tried to sent me correct ones , which were still wrong. After approx 15 phone calls and maybe 20 emails they somewhat resolved the installation steps. Upon completion, the rear units operated, the front grapple (which was the most important part of the kit for me) would not operate. I reached out to them they said they needed to check with engineering. 3 weeks later and no response I reached out via email (the most used form of communication). No response. Once againno response. I then again emailed them that I needed resolution to the kit that served me no use. They finally got back to me and said they do not have a solution and they would refund me if I took the entire kit off my tractor and sent it back. This should be a 4 hour install; because it didnt work for my tractor it took me about 40 hours and countless leg work. To take it off and send it back would be many additional hours. I suggested they compensate me by paying a mobile hydraulic mechanic to sort it out and they refused. I asked for compensation and have not received a response. I feel like this company doesnt care and has falsely advertised
