- If the client is not satisfied with the services rendered, he or she may simply state the reason to the consultant before the consultant leaves the property during the service visit and there will be no charge. If the issue at hand cannot be fixed to the customer's satisfaction, there is no charge. Once payment is rendered, no refunds will be given. Paradise Valley Computers will, within reason, ensure that the issue that was addressed during a service call will not persist for a period of 30 days from the date of payment.
