      Closed on a home in *** area.prior to closing third party inspector advised there was no insulation in attic areas. *** notified lennar super on the home and the super advised we should not be concerned as the insulation was scheduled for the following day. the following week on closing day my inspector and I returned to the home.my inspector looked in the attic area closest to the attic door and advised the insulation was installed. months into living in the home into winter throughout half of the home would not hold heat. **************** came and commented after inspecting hvac and furnace that he agreed we likely had no insulation in these areas.after calling lennar multiple times and receiving emails from lennar customer care rep that we should have peace of mind the insulation is there , **** was called to house with another builder rep and sure enough we had no insulation blown into this part of the house.the reason for my complaint is that **** obviously was aware when they originally came to my home they did not complete the job but seemingly enough to where an inspector or homeowner would peak head up and see insulation so not installing throughout as required is a a valid reason for a complaint.desired settlement not applicable.
