    DesertINet exemplifies the word customer service. Live , knowledgeable technical support service over the phone committed to resolving any problem. Dispatching immediate on site service to your home if not resolved over the phone. Cable and telephony companies should take a ****** from this company to define customer service. Friendly, fast, ****************** is how I describe them.

    Have had excellent service speeds or actual we thought they would and if ever a issue the profession service rep show up and in short fashion. The field staff office staff or other take time and are protective of property always friendly and Customer is first proud to been a customer for nearly 10 years

    Desert iNet is the best solution we've experienced for internet service all around; dependable and deliver with a sense of urgency. They are customer service oriented, kind and responsive.

    Do not use this ***************** I was a customer for 4 years, probably longer. They just don't care about people. I subscribed to the 40mbps service and for the past 8 months I was getting less than 10mbps. Sure they came out a couple of times but the fix only lasted less than a week. I finally went with another ******** Service Provider and cancelled Desert iNet. I returned all their hardware and asked if I would get a partial refund of my payment of $80 and they said they didn't do that. So they not only gave me bad service for 8 months but are stealing my money from me. Just stay away from Desert iNet. A good customer for so long and get treated like an enemy. Great way to do business Desert iNet.
