****** ****, Bond Investigations is a complete fraud. I hired him to investigate an issue and he demanded $2,500 as a retainer. He submitted a ****** Earth photo of the wrong address and did no other investigation. In 6 months I asked to know where the case was and he terminated my case, keeping all the money, not ever working or communicating. When I became frustrated he ghosted my calls and emails. He should be in prison. His website looks legitimate but that is the only thing legitimate about this company. Really criminality charges should be processed regarding this business. The one or two Yelp reviews he has on his site are likely fake. ****** is a criminal.Initial Complaint

On March 2 I reached out to Bond investigations in need of a forensic accountant and someone to search my home for illegal wiretapping by my husband. Mr. **** told me that his retainer was 5 thousand dollars for each service. I paid him **************************************************************************************************************** appearance. My husband caught the transaction, stopped payment, and reported fraud. I notified Mr. **** and paid him 3 thousand dollars with my card. I asked Mr. **** to provide me with written details of his forensic accounting methods and told him that I was going to focus solely on this, not the in-home search. Mr. **** did not respond to my question. On 3/4 I paid Bond Investigations another 2 thousand dollars, completing the 5 thousand dollar retainer for forensic accounting only. On 3/14 I reached out to Mr. ***** inquiring about his progress. He said he was having issues and that we should meet on Wednesday to discuss them. On 3/15 I requested a written summary of Bond Investigation's progress to date with the forensic accounting. Mr. **** requested that I call his cell phone. On the call, he requested another 5 thousand dollars. I told him that I only wanted forensic accounting, so I only paid him for this service. He replied that because of the fraud reported by my husband, he needed five thousand more dollars. He also asked me to fill out a "card holder acceptance form, so that he could reclaim the original 10 thousand dollars. I did not sign the form. On 3/17 Mr. **** told me that if he did not hear back from me, he would be revealing my private information with the credit card company. Today, 3/21 Mr. **** texted me that he will be sharing my private information with the credit card company as well as with my husband.I am a58-year-old woman battling stage 4 cancer and a painful herniated disc as well as navigating a divorce from a wealthy abusive man.Thank youInitial Complaint

Stole ***** from my company for private investigation work which I paid for in advance delayed the work and then it when the work was past due then wanted more money even though they never did any work I even spoke to the private investigator assigned to the case she never did any work because he told her not to do any work nothing but a scam operation I now find that they're over ***** fraudsters out there involved in complaints against this fraudster for criminal activity lying cheating stealing dozens and dozens of complaints bad reviews all over the place I wish I would have known I would have got ripped off currently under investigation by the *** Maricopa county district attorney's office attorney general for various types of fraud schemes and scams. On behalf of a lawyer I contacted Bond investigations $500 a month to work on an unsolved criminal case the first few cases they worked on and we did receive the monthly report. However we paid $1,000 on April 2nd 2024 and $500 on June 2nd 2024 for three separate reports concerning unsolved Criminal cases. They delayed the first two cases even though I was told I would have them on time then at the last minute literally three days before they were required to be provided to me by email they told me they wanted more money. We agreed to $500 a month they did no work provided me no monthly report as of this date they have not refunded my money as per my email request. We are currently in the process of contacting every state that they operate in the private investigator licensing *************** with complaints concerning this matter and matters related to having non-private investigators working on issues that they're not licensed to do and approximately ******************************************************** multiple States we've also received based on some online social media 17 other complaints similar but different also from our complaints. We've also reached out to the US department of Justice for an investigation into this company along with all three of the States involved in the monthly reports they were to provide to us for fraud. We paid them we never received the report the last correspondence after I asked for my refund was our work is terminated but they never refunded the $1,000 and the $500 to our credit card or send us a check accordingly we at launched an investigation through a separate private investigator and have come up with a host of various violations Nationwide concerning license requirements license rules protocols procedures in each individual state will be filing a complaint in each and every state against this company. On 2/10 I sent $450 to Bond Investigations to help locate someone. I also gave them as much background info that I had including a list of addresses that I had already pursued and were dead ends. On 3/13 I called because I had heard nothing from them. and all that they gave me was a bad address that I had given to them as bad, and I sent them proof that it was bad. On 4/5 I called again for an update and was given the same bad address again!I never hear from them, and now I see that they have a history of taking money and not delivering anything promised or a refund.I do not have the means or knowledge to attach the emails that I have as proof for everything that I have stated above, but I can forward them to anyone who may be interested.Initial Complaint

****** took our money, and said he'd start working on this job. After a couple weeks we had to call to get an update to which he gave my father and I conflicting statements of what had been done. I asked for a ledger of his time working in this job and two times we were told he'd send that over and he never did. We found out that the person in question was out of town so we asked ****** to stop his search for a week as the person he was looking for was out of town. I called ****** to which he text me and said I'll call you back and he never did, so after having to chase him and never getting an update on his efforts or lack there of I told him since you're not doing your job we want a refund or I'll have no choice but to dispute the charges on the card for failure to perform and that's when he said he'll *** me for 3 times the amount he charged us initially.Initial Complaint

On Sept 25, 2022, I was contacted by a man, who I thought was an attorney (*********************) I had been talking to regarding a probate issue. This man told me that he could file a petition for me for $750, & that he would get started on it immediately. I sent him the funds via Cash app & when I got an email from this person, *********************, it stated that he was a private investigator. I immediately called him back, stated that I didnt need investigation work, that I thought he was the attorney I was talking to. ****** agree to refund the $750 per our conversation & via text. ****** also spoke to my wife, ***********************, & told her that when got into the office Monday morning, Sept 26, he would have his office mgr refund the $750 back to my Cash App. I didnt hear back from him, so I called & texted ******, leaving ***************** stating that I still havent received the $750. No response. On Tuesday, the 27th, ***** Called their office & spoke to woman named *******. ***** explained the situation, so ******* gets ****** on the ********** tells ******* that the funds would be back in our account within 2-3 days. As ***** was doing this, I called Cash App customer ************** confirmed that ********************* received the funds on Sunday Sept 25th. I have a screen shot of the transaction. Bond investigations has a website, a Face-Book page, several different phone numbers as well as an office location in ******* **. I would simply like my money returned per our agreement between ************ as he has performed no work or service for me. I emailed *******, his secretary yesterday, the 4th of October and once again asked for my funds.
