    stopped one day in here to purchase some mint bowl cleaner. I walk inside and see it, coincidentally someone called before I walked in and purchased the whole row of the mint bowl cleaner. Cool, it happens. The lady on site started to question me asking how I had heard of them and how I heard of the mint bowl cleaner. She said that she would had some shipment come in within the week but didnt have any mint bowl cleaner. The guy who was on cashier took my information down and would let me know when they get some. Its been about a month now and Ive gotten no response or word. I do business with another cleaning company who purchases the mint bowl cleaner here so lets see if they received shipment so that they could sell to someone else and not **** also called a couple of days ago and asked if they have received any the cashier rep told me that they have not received anything. I would like to know why they do not want to sell to me. It kind of felt racist

    I contacted the customer to say that we realize he has been waiting for this product. I explained that we did place our order the week after he came in as we said we would do. We had to wait for our order to arrive, but when it did arrive, we received in a limited amount of product for sale which was less than the amount we had ordered. I explained to him that when he originally came in to request this product, there were other customers already in line for this product. When he called our office last week, our customer service person said he told him we didnt have available product but that we would call him when we did. I explained to him the situation of him not receiving the product has nothing to do with us not wanting to supply him or any other reason, other than simply the current demand for the product exceeded the available quantity. I explained that we placed another order for this product and have more product coming in, so we set aside the 4 quarts of product he wanted and placed them in will call for him, if he still wanted the product, but he didnt. Because he mentioned in his review that we questioned him when he came in, I wanted to explain to him why. However, he wanted to end the call and I didnt get the chance. Typically when a new customer comes in, or asks for a specific product like he did, we usually ask the customer how they found us so we know which advertising brought them in, or how they heard of the product they are requesting, which is usually by word of mouth. When we asked him this when he originally came in he said he works for another contractor who uses this product.

    Hello! Thank you so much for replying. Your call did not make me feel any better as I only got your attention due to this post. Unfortunately, I checked my call log and went back to see how many days was a couple days. My call log shows that I called peak supply on March 21st, 2023 at 11:10 am. You all barely called me yesterday but not to begin the conversation with the chemicals to begin the conversation about this post. It took you all about 2 and a half weeks to even call me. Please forgive me for not wanting pitty quarts. I hope you never treat a customer the way you all treated me and made me feel.
