    Good morning, my made a reservation for Easter Sunday (4-20-25) with this company. The reservation was done on April 2, 2025 for one of the bigger bouncers for a family gathering. On the day of the company shows up to setup with a smaller bouncer. The company never communicated and the delivery personnel was unable to correct the issue nor provide a solution. The delivery personnel and I attempted to reach the owner several times with negative response to include to the time of this complaint . The delivery guys advised theyd return to with the bouncer later in the morning and also failed to return. I also attempted to reach the delivery personnel by phone who also didnt respond. This company doesnt provide any customer service nor attempts to provide explanations

    I contracted for a water slide with AZ Bounce 4 Kids for a 24-hour rental on 9/2/23. I planned birthday parties for two kids (2 parties on the same day). The slide was delivered and set up on time. Once the kids started using the slide, it began to separate at the joint (velcro wasn't able to hold two sections together). A few kids hit the joint and stopped, and were getting scratched by the velcro. I called the company and requested that a different water slide be delivered to swap out the inoperational one. The company agreed and the new one was delivered and set up within a few hours. My first kid did not have a slide for his party but my second kid had a slide for her party. Since the one we replaced the damaged slide with was considerably less money per 24-hour rental period, the owner agreed to a $400 refund. I texted him (attached) and spoke to him on the phone twice. My wife also spoke to him. Every time we spoke to him he assured us that the check was on the way and he'd personally deliver it if needed. After numerous calls/texts, the check/payment never arrived.

    *** asked for a partial refund due to being overcharged. I ordered the pink ************** bounce house 15x15 listed online for $165 and to be placed on rocks. What I got was the pink and purple modular 13x13 listed online for $150. I first sent an email on 11/8 because I wanted to confirm the delivery on 11/12/2022 I received no response. I then called 11/9 and no one answered but I received a text message saying to communicate via text I got that from ********** I sent a reply just checking to see if I needed to do anything else and I got reply back saying were all set. I received a message confirming the color of the bounce house pink and blue and I confirmed. Later That same day I changed the turf from rock to grass but no reduction in price. Drop off was supposed to be the day of the shower 11/12 from 1-7pm. I was asked if it could be dropped off 11/11 I said absolutely. I was told they would come in the afternoon they ended up coming that morning. The bounce house was only used for the shower on 11/12 from 1-4. When I first saw the bounce house I said to myself this is not the one I ordered it looks to small. I texted the **** # number Sunday morning at 7 telling them this is not the bounce house I ordered and that I would like a refund for the difference as well as the change in turf from rock to grass. I received no response from phone number **** I sent a message to the man who dropped off the bounce house at 830 and was told he will let his boss know and he will fix it. When he came to pick up the bounce house he told me this is the one you ordered and theres nothing that can be done and he showed me a blk/wht invoice of the bounce. On the day I got the invoice I downloaded it to my phone. I pulled up the color invoice and enlarged it so he could see then he said the pink and blue is damaged and not working so thats why it wasnt delivered. I was not told that I told him I want a refund for the change I didnt make and for the change in turf noth

    Terrible company very unprofessional. They delivered the bounce house two days early. Because they said they were too busy to do it on Saturday. When I went to turn the air pump on bounce house wouldnt fully blow up. I have the video. I called person who dropped it off they couldnt fix so they put another air pump on it and told me it had a large hole that wasnt fixable. Was a disaster wasnt able to be used for the party I called the Company they said there bounce houses have holes in them but they are still able to be used. And they would work something they have ghosted me dont use this company. They are shady worthless and full of s*** Im not letting this go until I get a full refund. Look at the pictures and read the text messages dont use this company.
