    Inaccurate drug test results! Me and my husband are patients at ****************************** in ********* **. This summer they hired *********** to take care of all monthly drug test and yearly physicals. My husband and I were addicts and are in recovery! I have been clean since 2016 and my husband has been clean since 2017! In July me and my husband BOTH failed our drug test! He failed for meth and cocaine and I failed for cocaine! Several counselors at LTA told us ALOT of people failed their UAs in July and they were looking into this issue! We keep asking what the Issue was? How is this going to be resolved? How is this going to be prevented so it doesnt happen again? This has NEVER happened until *********** started doing our drug test! I have NOT took a urine drug test since then because I knew this would happen again! Hardly anyone takes oral swab drug test, and the lab would have different equipment to read the results (Something is contaminated or this is human error or experimental error due to equipment and procedures.) so that is what I have been taking since this issue in July! Guess what, Tuesday my husband was advised he failed his last UA for Xanax! This is happening AGAIN because yall havent investigated and fixed this issue! This is WRONG! If this is not resolved we will be hiring an attorney! Yall are ruining peoples lifes! Thank GOD I failed my drug test as well, because if not I would have questioned to myself did my husband relapse? I would have divorced him and this would be splitting up our family! Thank GOD this didnt happen when we had a DSS open case and we were fighting to get our kids back, which we DID because we are clean and in recovery! *********** and toxicology and ****************************** needs to be investigated until this issue is CORRECTED! You have caused nothing but stress on my family to the point he could loose his job and the stress is making me physically sick! Please investigate and correct this!
