    I have attached 5 documents that describe the incident in detail. The first document is six pages, the second document is one page, the third document is one page, the fourth is two pages, the fifth document is three pages. In summary, the incident started on December 15, 2022. I had two expensive lampshades that required their inner linings replaced. Phoenix Lamps LLC stated they did this type of work, and that the work would take 4 to 8 weeks. I dropped off the lampshades on December 15, 2022 and after their employee ********* careful examination, was given a repair estimate of $208.00 for both. I paid a 50% repair deposit, with the remaining to be paid upon completion of the work in 4 to 8 weeks. The problems started when the work was not completed in 8 weeks. The work was not completed in 12 weeks. The work was not completed in 16 weeks. During week 17, I asked to speak to the owner of the store (*******************). Owner refused to speak to me by phone. I typed a complaint email to her on April 14th, 2023, asking why the job took so long and why no communication was made to the customer. I also asked for a discount on these repair services as they did not go as promised and caused me major inconvenience. Owner did not respond to that email for another 2 days. I waited 3 days to receive any sort of response from the owner. Owner provided many excuses for the delay, including false narrative about the condition of the lampshades. This communication exchange is detailed in the five attachments. I proved the false narrative was incorrect and informed the owner in writing. The owner refused to provide any discount for not honoring the service commitment. The owner refused to provide me the name and contact information of the employee that did the actual repair work. She apparently delegated this work to a third party without my knowledge and approval, and now refuses to stand behind this third party employee. I want to pick up my lampshades.
