  I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of work. I absolutely love my new pavers sidewalks and front porch. I have already gotten a number of compliments from neighbors. Thank you to ******** and ***** for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

  Diamond's response time, employees and work was fantastic! They were very helpful and answered all our questions. ******** spent time explaining the whole process, as this was new for us, a few times. The pricing was quite competitive and the quality was great.

  I have chosen Diamond Stone and Synthetic Grass for two different jobs. The first job was pavers. They did such a good job that even large equipment for building a pool had no impact on them. The second job was to install some artificial turf and travertine. Everything looks awesome. They always kept me informed of the job and worked with me when I need to delay due to pool issues. I will always choose them and recommend them.

  We enlisted this company for a French drain to correct the drainage in our yard. If you like to be treated like a number and not like a person, they are the team for you! They had the worst customer service I ever saw. I didnt like their financing company or the procedures to get it. They conducted the business of the entire project, except the estimate, by email! If you like to do your projects by email, they are the team for you! I refuse to conduct my business through emails. And they couldnt locate a French drain or whatever they do to acquire one for my project. They also sent me an email for Material Selections with a long list for Pavers companies, stone companies, Rock companies and grass companies among others and listed the companies to contact for each of them, without any further instructions or explanations as to why this was necessary. They wouldnt send a person out to explain it to me. I asked them to schedule my job avoiding a particular day because no one would be home. They said money was due and I said to send a person to pick it up. They said they would try to accomodate my suggestions, but I advised them they were not suggestions, but facts. We just went back and forth on every step. They said they couldnt commit to a French drain and wouldn't work with us. So I called their competitor right away. He came out to the house right away with the paperwork and explained the new company's policies and procedures in detail to me. Easy come, easy go. I feel free not having to wrestle them every minute. It was a nightmare from beginning to end with Diamond.

  Having synthetic turf by Diamond was a seamless experience. From the initial estimate to the final clean up they were prompt, thorough, and professional. I will definitely be using them for any future work!

  I had turf installed and an irrigation overhaul. Diamond Stone and Synthetic Grass was on schedule, cleaned up every day, and professional. They were timely in completing any adjustments that needed to be made. Their employees are kind, courteous and professional. I have used this company for two different projects and will use them again.

  Outstanding work and even better follow-up afterwards. Regular communication leading up the work and they came in at the estimate amount with no surprises afterwards. The quality of the pathways (brick with herringbone design) are beautiful and the free warranty repair on 2 cracked bricks afterwards was timely and pain free.
