  West Coast Hardscape Designs/***** was hired to do landscaping for my front and backyard: artificial grass, plants, bushes, trees, fruit trees, pavers, stones, rocks and irrigation system. Plants: I contacted ***** to inform him that two of my plants had died and he came out and dug them up. He started he will replace them but he never did. Irritation System: when it rain the side of my house was flooded. The irrigation system did not drain, it was so much water on the side of my house I thought it was a swimming pool. I called ***** to inform him of the irrigation system, it took him several day to come out, he dug a hole to drain the water and stated he will return at a later date to repair the hole but he never did. Stones: ***** brought stones out to place in my backyard. He started he could not place the stones in the artificial grass because he will void the warranty. However, there are stones in the front yard with artificial grass. So he placed one stone in the rocks by the fence, one stone in the rocks by the patio and stacked about 20 stones by the gate on the side of the house for about two months. Since ***** was doing work for a neighbor across the street, he ask if he could borrow my stones to place in her backyard and I said yes. He started he would replace my stones. But he never did. After speaking to the neighbor, she stated the stones are in her backyard, he never used.I called ***** on April 16, 2023, to inquire about the stones, the repairing of the hole by the drain and replacing the two dead plants, he got upset. He started screaming and stated he does not own me any stones but he will drop off three stones and I should get someone else to finish the job and he hung up the phone. He never dropped off any stones.If ***** answer your calls he will give you excuses why he cant come address your concerns.
