  They were recommended to us by a friend. However, the work was completely unacceptable. Trim four bushes. And they were asked to blow/clean-up the yard (front and back) of leaves and debris. A complete rush job and I was told by Manuel to "check their work and if I didn't like it to have them go back and do it again" - which I did. I even called the office and spoke to a woman. She told me to have them blow it again and that she would call them. After blowing a second time, they still had not cleaned out all of the debris from below the bushes or cleaned up all the debris around the yard. I watched them blow debris into both of my neighbor's yards. I told them to clean it up and they did a poor job. In the meantime, I also sent pictures and videos of the job and expressed my dissatisfaction and did not want to pay $200 for such a poor job. The woman in the office called me back and told me they had already blown the yard a second time but would not do it again. Also, she was clearly irritated. If I didn't want to pay $200, I could pay them $150 so they could move on to the next job - but they were done and were not going to blow the yard again. Also, I heard one of them say the word "Puta" which is b**** or w**** in Spanish. When I asked if one of them was calling me a *****, one motioned to the yard. Most likely Nieto Landscaping will respond - "they did a fine job" - but I have pictures to prove otherwise. As of writing this, I have not received a response from Manuel Nieto for the pictures and videos I sent requesting they do the job right. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  I used this service for the first time yesterday, they seems great as we were setting up our first appointment, seemed knowledgable so I was feeling good about trying them out. However after using this service i absolutely regret it, they cam and did a rush job on my yard, didn't even touch my palm trees, and on top of that they left my neighbors yards and our street a complete mess. I contacted them to come back out and fix what they did and they were rude, sent someone back who barely cleaned up anything. if you are paying over $300 for landscaping you would think they would do it properly and clean up after themselves. After reading through other reviews on here for this service, I see this is a common issue with their customers. BEWARE they are just a scam.

  Our apologies for the bad experience, first we are not Spam, we are registered like a LLC business, second I did not find your name in my paperwork, probably is under someone else name. and last a call to our office help us to know how they are working and how they deal with our customers. thank you

  Horrible, horrible, horrible! They do 15-minute rush jobs with a large crew with very poor results. I have used them for one-time clean-**** twice. The first time they had to come back for weeds...which I thought was a waste of their time since they could have saved themselves a return trip by doing the job properly the first time. However, because they came back (and did an okay job on a busted sprinkler pipe), I thought I would use them on another clean-up. They left the weeds again! First, the workers said they had sprayed the weeds, when I could clearly see they had not. Why lie? When I contacted the office, they said my one-time clean up did not include weeds anyway, but that " [t]he weeds were a courtesy job. they sprayed it" but that "the spray is clear". Except the weeds are still there and green. I suspect Nieto Landscaping is just a middle man that hires others to do work that they don't supervise. Use them at your own peril.

  We received a text message with pictures from the yard and a text asking for one time clean up, I asked: just cut grass and blow? , and he replied yes, so I texted back "Cut grass and blow $100", As a courtesy I put a note to clean weeds and spray, the spray is $60 plus pull weeds, so if he asks for clean weeds the price will be high, he text me to complain and tread me that he will talk with all his neighbors, also about our review in other sites, and I replied telling him " is no big deal just ask to send them back to clean weeds and spray and we can do it, with no cost to you". he sent more complains instead to do a simple "yes send them back"; I did not respond his last text message, because I offered to send them back and he did not take my offer.
