    I purchased a laser from Rock Bottom Lasers, it was to arrive serviced and in complete working order. When it arrived the water tank had water that was green from algae covering the inside of the tank and the laser itself was dirty. It had not been serviced and it was not in working condition. I tried to return the item and they asked that I allow the service technician, ***** Tueber, to come clean and service the system. He no showed and last-minute rescheduled on numerous occasions causing me to have to reschedule clients. When he did show up he didnt fix the laser and he spent the night at the medical facility in which my business is located. Not only did he not repair the laser, he reinstalled the handpieces on the wrong ports. After extreme patience on my part I finally insisted that Vinn send a crate to ship this laser and refund my money. He returned a portion of my refund and stated he would send the rest, which he has not done. I told him I wanted the money returned by June 21, he rudely stated that hed see what he could do. I have not heard from him nor have I received the rest of the payment. Now attorney is going to file a civil suit with Rockbottom Lasers which costing me more time and money!Do not purchase from this business. I have lost an employee and numerous clients because I didnt have the additional laser, in addition to many hours dealing with this situation and thousands of dollars!
