      I appreciate their service on the yard, however; at the time of canceling their service I requested my gate key to be returned. I have spoken with multiple individuals from the company and they ensure me that the key was placed in the lockbox; however the crew just as the every crew before them never brought the key with them. On my last and final visit they say they put a key in the lockbox yet when I checked prior to the next service there was no key, even messaging the office notifying them of this and to please provide the key to the next technician, the response from the technician when I told him there is no key in the box he said oh okay I am almost there and Ill double check, then I receive a call from the office stating that there is no key in the box. I responded with yes I know, I was in communication with your tech over text explaining that there is no key. The company is no apologetic to the errors in their system and to be quite honest I am very discounted in the attention to detail. My home is now open to theft due to the miss-placement of my gate key by the organization goodmans Landscaping and maintenance
