    Diane Drain was a life saver. My first attorney was disbarred and never finished the paperwork on my home remodification. Diane stepped in and straightened everything out. My house was saved and my bankruptcy filing was complete and legal. I would recommend Diane to anyone going through a difficult time. She is thorough to a tee but it is a ****% worth it.     Thank you for your commitment to helping me fix your case. It is always frustrating and scary for a client, who has relied on an attorney to fix their problems, only to find out that their own attorney has given them bad advice, does not seem to care about the consequences to that client, and even treats them with complete disdain. You had to do twice as much work as should have been required because you and I had to clean up all the errors your prior attorney made in your case. Having your attorney disbarred in the middle of your case is even more distressing.     To declare Bankruptcy is a both personal and difficult and at time can seem overwhelming , but With Diane and *** they made the journey as comfortable and easy understanding as possible. with Diane answered all my questions and concerns and walked me through all the steps necessary and *** was helpful in helping me understand the next steps and documents needed.     J - thank you so much for taking the time to let others know about your experiences with our office. You are so right - bankruptcy is very difficult and overwhelming. I just had to tell a prospective client (who filed her own bankruptcy) that the bankruptcy trustee has a right to sell her free and clear home worth $450,000. She will get the homestead of $250,000, but her creditors had a right to the excess. Had she talked with an experienced bankruptcy attorney, she would have learned that her house was worth too much to file a bankruptcy, that there were other options. I don't say this to scare people, but to make sure everyone understands that bankruptcy is complicated, and it should be filed only completely understanding the consequences based on the person's unique situation.You did your homework and took our advice about what to do, not to do, and when. Thank you for trusting me. My hope for you for a wonderful future.
