  I am in the process of filing a complaint with the *********************** because of the false billing practices, lack of communication, rude and nasty calls, texts and email in lieu of actual representation. The case managers are worse than the attorneys since they are unlicensed and untrained. I will have a permanent injury and will receive less than $8000, when the drivers policy was for $25,000. My attorney, ***** R, explained This is a formula- 1/3 for medical providers, 1/3 for legal, 1/3 for you. He has repeatedly pressured me to settle and threatened to sue me for unpaid medical bills on the providers they forced me to see. Many states have driven out this firm for how they treat their clients. Maybe Arizona will be next

  I was in the middle of a 3 car pile up at no fault of my own. I ended up with permanent neck and spine damage. I still suffer pain and the first month and a half was the absolute worst. I could barely walk for 6 weeks and had to miss out on high paying jobs as a welder that cost me around 50k in the first year. I couldn't understand the lawyers paralegal and she was rude. It took almost 11 months for them to settle. My first offer was $900 and lastly the providers they sent me to and Lerner and **** themselves all made more from the lawsuit than I did and I'm injured for life. And in case you're wondering I ended up with somewhere over $6000 and that was it. I genuinely regret going through them.

  Thank you for the hard work and consideration and caring of your legal team of **** *******, Chadlie **************** *****. They really helped me get through my nervousness and all the paperwork. I would like to actually meet Mr. ********************** and Mr. **** and my legal team in person thank you in person to. Thank God that we made it everyday.

  I was involved in a car accident 2/15/23. I hired Lerner and **** the day of my accident as I was on my way to the hospital. Since then, I have had 2 separate attorneys within Lerner and row. ** and now ******. I have also had to separate assistants. I have been lied too over and over. They will tell me one that and because this case is taking SO LONG, I have started to do homework and everything they have told me they have done or are doing; I have been told by the insurance company that none of that has been done. I follow up with Lerner and **** at least once a week and I am told every time that I need to be patient. This is not a million-dollar case. There is no reason that this case is still going on other than my attorney and her team not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Not only am I being told that they aren't doing what they tell me they are doing my attorney has been very rude to me, telling me to be patient and to stop calling the insurance company. If things were being doing the way they should be this case would be complete. I am extremely disappointed in Lerner and **** and the attorneys that I have dealt with. On top of being disappointment it takes days to get a response back from someone and my questions are never answered.

  Back in 2021 I was involved in a (7) car wreck from a drunk driver off the 60 and ********** in ****. Drunk driver was in a truck with two Jet-Skis in tow. Apparently, the Jet-Skis in tow were not properly secured. Drunk driver was coming off 60 and Power when we were all stopped at the red light. Drunk driver was going 70+ miles an hour and says he couldnt stop plowing through all with jet ski going air bound as well. I am grateful their were no fatalities during this incident. It was a true nightmare and two years in the making to settle. I will say, a very long ordeal with follow-up and waiting. First time I used ****************************** Attorney, ******* was wonderful and helped me understand the waiting process, working with thr insurance companies, waivers, etc. With (7) victims involved its never fun. Thank you ******* and staff for working with me personally with all the follow up emails bringing this long ordeal to a close. I dont wish this on anyone. With ***************************** dropping BIG bucks on commercials advertising I cant imagine how busy the offices are. It is evident that their is big turnover over at Lerner and **** with staff help. Its all a lot to deal with and I feel for the overwhelmed office staff who worked with us day in and day out.   I don't care if they see this they're absolutely horrible they don't return my phone calls they can't tell me if I'm going to get my bills paid they do nothing I'm looking for another attorney they do nothing I got hit head on three months ago lost my job all my money and you won't even call me there's your review they still got to call you once every 30 days no one wants somebody like that.

  ****,********* and ******* were great from the first call I made to them. They actually care about the health and well-being of their clients. They also got me more then a fair settlement. They do what they advertise and more. I could not be more pleased with this team and I highly recommend them.

  I was in a car accident and needed an attorney, so I hired Lerner and ****. I was satisfied although my case seemed to drag on. ****** and ***** were very good they were case managers. I was happy to get ****** as the first Case Manager was just awful. The Attorney ********************* got back to me quickly when I had questions. The only problem was I had to get notes from some of my doctors because they could not get for some reason, and I spent allot of time on it.Overall, it was good, but I wish the man who hit me and totaled my car had better insurance as he was underinsured which I guess is an option in AZ
