  Date of transaction: 04/7/2025 The amount of money I paid was $125 via ***** to get divroce papers served. ***** Legal Sevices tried to upsell additional services which I did not accept/ request. However, the divorce papers were never served. Since he did not complete the service for the divorce papers, I requested a total refund of $125. Which he has refused to reimburse me the $125.

  4/5/25 I was contacted by ****** **** to serve Divorce papers. She said she was referred by ******** *******. She said the paperwork was about 40 pages, it was 71 pages, I gave her the first 20 pages free. She asked how much will the serve cost. I told her it depends on what it entails. She said she was trying to save money because of all the things her husband was doing to her. She said it should be a easy serve and she needed it done ASAP. I told her if it is easy I will charge her $125.00. She said she was efiling the documents and didn't have the case number yet, but as soon as it goes through, she would give me the case number, so I can type the affidavit, but to go ahead and serve the documents. 4/8/25 Ms. **** called me asking questions about financial information regarding her divorce and trying to explain her situation with her husband. She asked if I was a certified preparer. I told her no I am just a Process Server. I told her I could refer her to a few people. She asked how much will that cost. I told her I don't know, I will contact the people and get back to her. I called her back and said I have someone that can help. Later that day she called me back with someone on the phone with her and started asking me questions about the Paralegal ( their name and certification number) I said If you don't feel comfortable, you should seek the advise of an Attorney. I am just a Process Server. She said she would get back with me. The next time I talk with Ms. **** she asked me for a refund of 1/2 a refund. I told her I already gave her a discount on the process service. I advised her she did not fulfill her part (she never provided the case number and updated documents regarding her child support. I told her if she could tell me what I did wrong, I would refund 1/2 her money. I never heard from her again. The next thing I know I received a complaint from BBB.

  I am requesting a full refund since no service was provided.    My notes to you :   It does not matter why.  It does not matter. I did not receive a case #.  The fact is no service ended up being provided no matter what the issue was.
