      May 16, 2025 I went to this place to renewal My license due to it was expire, they ripped me off and at the end they charge me $68 due it supposed to be $13 not $68, I talk to ****** ******* and she was no help and gave me number to call but it was it just a feedback number no corporation or nothing. and she said no refund>

      we are a 3rd party MVD for ADOT. We charge $68 for issuing a travel ID/Drivers *********************** Mr. ******** hired us to provide this service to him, and we provided the service. A portion of the fee is the Arizona ****************************'s fee ($25) the remaining fee is our convenience fee. Most MVD locations in the State of Arizona are third party operated and just as we charge a convenience fee they do as well. This was explained the same day to Mr. ******** by our store manager Ms. ******** In addition Ms. ******* informed Mr. ******** that once the paperwork is processed there is no way to get a refund issued by ****. All our receipts and price menus also show that no refund is possible after the transaction is completed.

      The nature of this dispute is the lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect by one of the employees at this business. The employees name is ***** and he is a rude, arrogant, and supremely unhelpful and unqualified person that should not be employed by a business that works alongside the state. ***** is extremely condescending and has several bad reviews about him on ****** as well. This was not the first time ***** has had a complaint. Clearly this guy has an attitude problem and needs to be reprimanded for his lack of respect. There are even reviews about him overcharging people for services that have to do with titling and registration which is illegal. I am filing this complaint based on his outright disrespect and condescending behavior. I am not an animal and I will not be spoken to like I am one, especially by someone who clearly has sociological and psychological problems that require attention. He has no business being employed in a place where he interacts with other people.
