    Like so many other women here I also ordered during a sale back in August 2023. It said it was a preorder, but it has now been almost 6 months and I have not received anything. I have emailed with no response and their website is down. I am outraged not only at them, but also the Shop app (I used their stores feature to purchase) for working with such a company. If there is any sort of lawsuit against these thieves, I would like to join it and get my money back.

    Ordered incorrect size in June 2023, didn't get them until August 2023 and I realized my mistake. After reaching out they told me to ship them back and they would process an exchange. I paid for the return shipping. I never got my exchange. Emailed multiple times without any response. Very disappointing. I had previously received an order of four of their period *******. They're the best ones I've found for overnight, they actually stay in place, and are cute. I love their products. I'm sorry to hear that they seemingly went out of business, especially with so many pending orders. I'm especially sorry that I wasted my money on that last order plus the additional salt in the would of return shipping cost to not have enough to last a full cycle... Leaving one star because of the last order and to warn off future customers.

    Same issues as many of the other complaints! Received my free pair of period underwear that I loved so ordered more the end of August 2023. No responses from customer service (email or via instagram, no phone number associated). Finally received an answer in September that once my order was in stock it would be shipped. Now the company is out of business/website down and no way to receive a refund.

    I placed an order last year, got my purchase, was happy with it. This August they had a sale so I ordered more - worst decision ever. I checked in 9/23/23 on the order status and got a reply on 10/6/23 that my order would be shipped NO LATER than 10/31/23 and it's been a lot of emails and months later and I've gotten no response. They sent out more promo emails in November, but I can't get a response via email, insta, or ******** about my order. Highly disappointed.

    Made an online order 8/23/23, money was debited from my account and product was never received. I have sent multiple emails to customer service with no response.

    I placed an order, items were on back order. When I asked about an update I had to email a few dozen times to get a response and then was told they would ship end of October. I have sent them a few dozen emails telling them to cancel my order as it is now December and no updates, but I cant get anything from them.

    Wasted money ordering a free pair of period ******* by paying for shipping. I emailed once asking for an update. Now they are out of business and no way to get a refund.

    Unhappy. Absolutely 0 stars. But am forced to select 1 star. This company is shady and deceptive. I placed an order for a single pair of period underwear in June 2023. It is now November 2023 and the one pair of underwear never arrived. I reached to the company via several emails and one email told me that Id receive them by October 30th, 2023. Im more upset by being taken advantage of than actually receiving the underwear. Very disappointing as I was hoping to find a new brand to love for my daughter. Buyer beware.

    I order from them on Sept. 14. Never got my underwear. Now I went to the site and the store is "unavailable". I want a refund, but there is no one to contact to get it.
