    Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with, they owe me money. I'm a small business in *********** that hired this company to fix a lock on one of my mailboxes. They could not fix it and said they had to order a new lock. They came back to install the lock and I asked them to look at my key machine that it wasn't working right. They said they calibrated my key machine and it was working ok. The lock they installed fell apart in my hand and the key machine they said they fixed did not work. They charged me $490 for this work which included 3 trip charges. I paid this before I knew that nothing they did worked. Called them and they sent someone out which picked up my key machine and took it to their business in Phoenix... I told them to call me before they bought any parts to let me know cost. I was in contact with several people from Anderson and they said they would refund me the $******. They called me about the key machine and said they couldn't fix it, but they would sell me a new one for ******* dollars that included the discount of the $****** that they owe me. I said I would get back to them. I called The ******* Group which was the company I bought my first key machine from and has a contract with ******* Stores and they sold me a new machine $1040.00 and it works great. I told Anderson to drop off the key machine to their office in Casa Grande or my store when they were coming to Casa Grande...I certainly wasn't going to pay for another trip charge. Talked to ******* at Anderson (she called herself the fixer) that told me they had $500 dollars in labor on my key machine and they wanted to call it even. They dropped my key machine off today and wanted the manager to sign for it which charged us for another trip charge of over hundred dollars. They still owe me ******. This company very big on trip charges even if you don't get nothing in return.
