    Had to get into my house, tech came out. Was friendly but didn't seem to know what he was doing, ended up drilling my front door. After prying on it with a prybar for an hour and dealing severe damage to the door around the lock, it they did get me into my house. I was then charged $170 which is above other rates, and was not offered a discount of any kind despite the terrible job that was done. After calling the customer service line I was told that because I signed the invoice to pay him they would not offer any refund, nor would they offer a discount on a lock replacement. Really just an awful experience all around.

    I am a property manager and have used this company for 3 years now. They are professional, reasonably priced and their technicians are always friendly. I will continue to use and refer their services.

    Too many consistently positive reviews on too many different employees for such a small company. Probably BOT generated.EXTREMELY over priced and non-disclosing of detailed pricing until AFTER job is completed.Believed to be not a reputable nor honest business.
