  on 9/5/23 I took my truck to prestige ******************************* LLC for them to rebuild the motor the issue was that the timing chain broke & cause damage to the inside of the motor. the location of the business is **************************************************phone*************** **************** is one of the owners told us that to get the motor rebuild would cost us ***** + the expense of the tow truck which was ****** she didn't mention that there would be extra cost she said that all the parting going inside the motor were all brand new .so we left the truck there to get it fix.. so about two days later **************** called saying that some of the parts were damage need to be replaced she charge me for 2 connecting rods ****** I should had been charge because those go inside the motor also she charged me for 2 motor mounts she said they were broken which was not true about 2 years prior I had them put in new but we still ended up buying for some new ones. like about 1 half week later they called saying the truck wouldn't start that it was electrical problem. they put in a new sensor that also cost me extra. because they were claiming that was not part of the motor. on 9/15/23 on the receipt **************** put 9/14/23 that we pick up the truck which is wrong we pick it up on friday 9/15/23 instead of 9/14/23 **************** called to go pick up the truck it was close to 5:00 pm & the shop was about to close up. **************** instruction were to drive the vehicle *************************************************************************************************************************************** ******** instead of *****.00 like she said at the time at the beginning. when we pick up my truck I hadn't driven two blocks away from the shop when the engines light turn on I called the shop **************** answered said to drive it that the light would eventually turn off if not to take back to the shop on Monday because they are close on the weekend. we drove the truck on the weekend and put in the 500 miles that were required wild we were driving the truck felt heavy & shaky. Monday we took the truck back to the shop get the oil chance & see what it was heavy & shaky **************** said to leave the truck about 4 hours about 2 hours later **************** said that it was electrical problem so we drove down to the shop told **************** to stop working on the put back together because we were going to take it home but they didn't listen & continue to work on after we told them not so they charge me ****** + the oil chance ****** on 9/20/23 we drove the truck on 9/21/23 we were drive about 1 hour later the truck just turn off on me. so the truck had to be towed home on 9/28/23 we called the shop they said to have the truck towed to the shop I told them that it was not fair for me to pay the the tow so **************** & his daughter & the mechanic came to my. *************** said it was the timing chain .I told him that i wanted my money back of at lease half to get my truck fix somewhere else he said no that he would fix it. on 10/9/23 **************** call asking for a spare key because the truck won't turn on we took the spare key it didn't want to start he then claim it was ignition switch then we told him we were taking the truck home so we called a tow truck. **************** several time told us that they don't do electrical. so on 10/17/23 we took the truck to ********************** shop *********************************************** ***. ***** **** from ****'s ******* auto service said the prestige engines & Machine didn't properly put in electrical bracket causing electrical wire damage & to fix it will cost ***** also the motor is bad the truck can't be driving I would like for prestige engines & machine LLC to pay for my motor & the wiring & for towing my truck I don't won't prestige to work on my truck I prefer for ****'s to do the repairs. I paid ****** for towing
