    Cancelled this service in December after we realized that they are charging for using a PO Box that the post office will rent for a cheaper price and we had to wait for our mail in ******* to be sent to ***** to get the mail in ******* again. We just noticed that they had been attempting to charge us for the last two months after we cancelled in December. Absolutely do not sign up with this company if you want your mail on time.

The virtual mailbox feature was an optional add-on for securely receiving and forwarding mail. You always had the option to use your own address to receive mail or rent your own PO Box if you preferred, rather than using our ********** this time, your business remains active and continues to use our address. Additionally, we have no record of receiving a cancellation request in December 2024. Our last recorded interaction with you before this matter was in November 2024, when we assisted you with accessing your mailroom. However, as a courtesy, our support team processed your cancellation on March 3, 2025.Since your business is still registered with our address, we kindly ask that you update your business filing with the State of Georgia Secretary of State to reflect your own address. You may contact the Secretary of State of Georgia if you need assistance with this process.We appreciate your time and hope this clarifies the matter.

    Why does this same address come back to collection law groups and all kinds of different scams? Glad I googled this address. Thats why I have emailed my state attorney general and the department of commerce and insurance.

    Dear Jerral, We understand that receiving your mail is important to you and we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. We acknowledge that you are in need of a mailbox service where you can physically pick up your mail and packages. Unfortunately, we do not offer this type of service. However, we do offer a virtual mailbox feature that allows you or the sender of your mail/packages to send them to your designated SnapMailbox address. Once received, our carriers will transport the items to our processing facility, where they will be uploaded to your online account. This process may take 3-5 business days, but the moment we receive them, we'll immediately upload them to your online account and send you an alert so you can take action. This type of business structure is what allows us to provide our services to our clients at a very low price compared to a regular PO Box, which you can definitely get for yourself, given that the type of service we offer does not fully meet your business needs. We are also pleased to inform you that we received a package yesterday, April 8, 2024, and sent you an email about it, but we have not heard back from you yet. If you need any help forwarding this package to your address, please let us know. We will be more than happy to assist you and make sure that we take care of Thank you for choosing SnapMailbox.     Stay away - there is no transparency into how the "extra storage fees" are being calculated. Their customer service rep refuses to escalate me to a manager to get answers. The math they're providing just doesn't make sense and I think I need to report them for fraud. I've been a customer for over a year now too. Not anymore!

    This company is an absolute joke when it comes to virtual mailboxes. Ive been waiting a month for two packages that were both delivered and they were never even scanned into their system. Then to make things worst you can even physically go to the address to receive your mail. They try and hold your packages until the next month so that they can charge you another subscription fee. **************** will give you the runaround and Im convinced its an AI and not even a real person. All I want is my packages that Im convinced after a month of them being delivered to my snap mailbox Ill never receive.
