    I called in & asked if I could grab my package if I was there at 5:01pm. I was told yes, I could. I walk in AS she was just shutting the ************* said, No, you cannot get your package. Our system is down & we cannot do anything after 5pm. !!! I am so upset because *** been trying to get to this location after work & before they close every day this ******** thought I finally made it!!! NOPE. HORRIBLE WORST MOST EFFORTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    Sorry you had that experience. If you were told that you could pick up the package after hours, I am sorry because the employees aren't allowed to provide this service after hours.  I will look into the employee that provided you that incorrect information and have it corrected. The employee that was there after hours was correct, they aren't allowed to give packages to customers after hours. The only access after hours is to mail only but unfortunately not to packages.
